As an EU citizen, you have the right to live and work in Germany. However, some documents are required.
Register at the Einwohnermeldeamt within 14 days of moving to your new German city.
The Anmeldung is essential — without it you cannot open a bank account.
The Schufa (credit registration) is important for renting in Germany.
Germany has strict Ruhezeiten (quiet hours) rules: no moving on Sundays.
Remember to register for Rundfunkbeitrag (broadcasting fee) — it is mandatory.
